A: Scheduling an assessment with Senior Resources is a start to better understanding what is needed by your loved one and planning for future needs. We can advise the best care choices and resources our community has to offer.
During your initial assessment, we will cover medical information, abilities, cognitive function, and any changes in behavior that the patient might have experienced. There is no charge for the initial consultation.

A: There is a one-time setup fee of $175. This is required to gather and enter your health and personal data into our secure data base, determine and assign best caregivers, if necessary, and determine an appropriate care plan.

- Long Term Care Insurance Application(Starting claim process, paperwork, appointments and document processing).
- ER/Hospital /Surgery During Business Hours(Client Advocacy, client support, liaison between doctors, social workers, rehabilitation and transition to home/community. To also include organizing discharge from hospital to home health protocols and/or hospice, POLST, advance directives).
- Estate services , moving, set-up, medical safety checks and installations, ordering and delivering medical supplies
- Pre/Post End of Life Arrangements(Securing/safeguarding of personal items, change locks, storage, interfacing with hospice, obituary write-up, dispose of medications, funeral/cremation arrangements).
